Whether you are a visitor learning about Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a member seeking to reconnect, or a community partner interested in serving alongside us, we are delighted that you stopped by to learn more about the impactful work taking place throughout our communities.
For more than 45 years, the Fredericksburg Area Alumnae Chapter has remained committed to the ideals upon which our beloved sisterhood was founded. In August 1980, 17 visionary Charter Members came together with a shared purpose—to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others through scholarship, sisterhood, service, and social action. Their unwavering commitment laid a foundation of excellence that continues to inspire us today.
Our chapter proudly serves the City of Fredericksburg and the surrounding counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford. Throughout our service area, we strive to be intentional in addressing the needs of our communities by empowering youth, advocating for social justice, promoting educational excellence, supporting economic development, improving health outcomes, and strengthening families.

VISITING SORORS
The Fredericksburg Area Alumnae Chapter always welcomes visiting members of Delta Sigma Theta. Chapter meetings are held at 10 am the first Saturday (September thru June) of each month. Please ensure you bring proof of membership and a photo ID. Business attire is required. Sorors, click here to plan your visit.

Since its founding in 1913, Delta Sigma Theta has clearly distinguished itself as a public service organization that boldly confronts the challenges of African Americans and, hence, all Americans. FAAC embraces that tradition by servicing the Counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, Stafford, and the City of Fredericksburg.
