DELTA EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM

The FAAC Delta Emergency Response Team (ERT) mission is to align with the mission and vision of the National Program Planning & Development Committee, Emergency Response Team Subcommittee to achieve sound preparedness planning and practices by developing guidelines and references necessary to aid chapter members in their individual and collective preparation, in order to receive expeditious and swift restoration following a disaster.

  • Solid preparedness planning for emergency situations;

  • Emergency Readiness & Preparedness guidance, information and tools; and

  • Pertinent COVID-19 related information for the safety and health of our membership, her families, and the community.

VDH advises Virginians to: 

  • wear a mask in indoor settings even if you are vaccinated,

  • get fully vaccinated, 

  • stay at least six feet from others outside of your household, 

  • avoid crowds and poorly ventilated spaces, 

  • wash your hands often 

  • stay home if you are infected with COVID-19, and

  • stay separate from others and get tested if you have had close contact with someone with COVID-19.
